Training Academy Policies
Payments
A deposit is required at the time of booking and we offer flexible payment options including Klarna, Clearpay, Laybuy, PayPal Credit, Payl8r and Cosmetic Finance Group.

Should you have a gift voucher, offer or other credit to use, please ensure you apply this or make us aware of this at the time of booking as these cannot be applied retrospectively once payment has been made. Please note we reserve the right to amend course prices or run promotions at any time, without prior notice. Once a booking is made, the price paid is final and no price difference can be refunded in the event of a later course price reduction.
All classroom based training must be taken within 3 months of the date of booking and online courses must be completed within a maximum of 6 months from date of booking.
Refunds
All course payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Hollywood Glamour Training Academy is unable to offer refunds where training is cancelled or postponed outwith our control so an alternative training date will be offered. It is the student’s responsibility to get in touch to reschedule any such postponed training. Hollywood Glamour Training Academy is not responsible for any loss of income or accommodation/travelling costs students may incur in the event that postponement of training courses is necessary.
Rescheduling Training By The Student
In the event that you are unable to attend a booked and confirmed training date, we may be able to offer a reschedule of the training (subject to availability and at the discretion of Hollywood Glamour Training Academy), provided you contact us no later than 72 hours prior to the training course date by phone or email. Our staff will respond to confirm whether a reschedule is possible and where it is not possible and if the student chooses not to attend their training, you may forfeit your course.
Where a student is a ‘no show’, failing to attend for their booked training date without a minimum of 3 day’s notice by email to our staff, you will automatically forfeit your course and Hollywood Glamour Training Academy will be under no obligation to provide any further training or any refund.
Any course that is booked as a discounted last minute offer will be strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. These courses are discounted specifically for the particular course and date meaning it cannot be transferred to a future course/date.
Named Student
Booked training is non-transferable to an alternative student. Please ensure the booking is made giving the correct name of the person attending the course at the time of making payment.
Minimum Student Age
We accept all students aged 18 years or over for our Classroom training and online courses. Due to insurance reasons, we are unable to accept students aged under 18 years.
Confirmation of Bookings
Upon booking a training course with us, you should receive an email within 24 hours to confirm your booking. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until a confirmation email has been sent by us to acknowledge your booking. Online payment for your training course does not guarantee your booking for the particular date.

Models for Training
All models provided by the trainee must contact Hollywood Glamour Salon & Training Academy on 01292 892082 at least 72 hours prior to the course taking place if they wish to be patch tested to arrange an appointment with us for this to take place. If a patch test is not performed then the model will be asked to sign a waiver to state that they are happy to proceed with the treatment without a patch test.
We regularly take photos & videos throughout training courses. This is to assist students and for any Hollywood Glamour & Training academy social media. Models must be happy for this to take place or state upon their arrival that they do not wish to be in any content.
