My Success Story

Hi, my name is Toni Paterson, and I’ve been in the beauty and aesthetics industry for over 16 years.

I didn’t enter this industry with the intention of becoming an educator or running a training academy. Like many professionals, I started by focusing on my skills, my treatments, and my clients, learning through real, hands-on experience in the treatment room.

Over time, I built a strong reputation for my work, my professionalism, and my standards. Clients trusted me, and other professionals began coming to me not just for treatments, but for advice. They wanted to know how I ran my business, how I worked safely, how I achieved consistent results, and how I stayed compliant in an ever-changing industry.

Opening My Training Academy

Six years ago, I made the decision to open my own training academy.

At the time, there was very little clear guidance on how to do this properly. I quickly realised that being an educator wasn’t just about being good at treatments. It was about responsibility. Responsibility to teach safely, to train ethically, to follow compliance correctly, and to prepare students for the real world rather than simply handing out certificates.

I took that responsibility seriously.

Building It the Right Way

I built my academy from the ground up, creating professional course structures, clear learning outcomes, detailed training manuals, proper policies and procedures, and a supportive learning environment.

Everything was built around real industry experience, not shortcuts, copied templates, or rushed training.

Training Hundreds of Students

Over the past six years, I’ve successfully trained hundreds of students across beauty and aesthetics.

Many of my students have gone on to build successful businesses, grow their confidence and skill level, increase their income, and even step into education themselves. Seeing my students succeed has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

Why I Now Help Other Academies

Along the way, I’ve seen the mistakes people make when trying to rush into training. I’ve seen professionals struggle with compliance, rely on poor-quality manuals, lack confidence when teaching, feel overwhelmed by accreditation requirements, and feel unsure about how to properly support their students.

I’ve also seen how damaging misinformation can be, not just for learners, but for the reputation of the industry as a whole.

That’s why I now help beauty professionals set up, grow, and run training academies properly and professionally, with confidence, structure, and integrity.

My Promise

Everything I teach is based on real experience, proven systems, industry standards, and ethical education.

If you’re serious about training, education, and building something sustainable, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
